These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Totally Empowered Health and Wellness services and products, including the Total Empowerment Consultation Package. By making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.  

2. Definitions

•           Company: Totally Empowered Health and Wellness, LLC

•           Services: Includes the Total Empowerment 1-on-1 Consultation, Totally Empowered Wellness Assessment, the Guide "5 Things to Discuss With Your MD", and any additional bonuses such as the PDF "21 Healthy Anti-inflammatory Recipes".

•           User/You: Any individual who purchases or uses our services.  

3. Eligibility To be eligible to purchase our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.  

4. No Medical Advice 

Our Services are NOT of the traditional medical model. Using
an aligned medical model based on natural, wholistic, lifestyle modifications and natural care, our services are for educational and informational purposes only to empower you in preventive and foundational self-care and do not constitute medical advice or treatment. Our virtual consultations and
treatments are not a substitute for a physical examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed medical profession. You should always seek the advice of a licensed healthcare professional regarding any medical condition you may
have.

  5. Service Description

•           Total Empowerment 1-on-1 Consultation: A personalized consultation with one of our health experts to assess your health status and develop a customized wellness plan.

•           Totally Empowered Wellness Assessment: An in-depth questionnaire designed to identify key areas for improvement in your health.

•           Guide "5 Things to Discuss With Your MD": A resource to help you communicate effectively with your healthcare provider about your health concerns.

•           Bonus: PDF "21 Healthy Anti-inflammatory Recipes": A collection of recipes aimed at reducing inflammation and promoting overall health.  

6. Payment Terms

•           All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.

•           Payment is due at the time of purchase.

•           We accept all major debit and credit cards, digital wallets including Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, credit transfers and wires.  

7. Refund Policy

•           Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

•           The consultation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE, as we dedicate substantial time and expertise to your assessment, along with providing valuable bonuses for your benefit.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

•           We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information.

9. Intellectual Property

•           All content provided by Totally Empowered Health and Wellness, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

•           You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content without our express written permission.  

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

•           Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.

•           We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or that you will achieve any specific results.   Results are most often reflective of your commitment and desire to embrace recommended strategies. We are here to support you in your efforts.

11. Limitation of Liability

•           To the maximum extent permitted by law, Totally Empowered Health and Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.

•           Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company.  

12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.  

13. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
